Jining Fengyi Engineering Machinery Parts Co., Ltd. may be used as an English translation or rendering of the Chinese company name. It is not presented as the company's registered, official, or legally registered English name.

The RFQ form currently asks for the following required information:

• Name
• Business email
• Machine model
• Required part
• Required quantity

You may also choose to provide:

• Company
• Destination country or port
• Part number or reference
• Additional details
• Attachments

Optional attachments may be JPG/JPEG, PNG, or PDF files. The current limit is three files, no more than 4 MB per file and 4 MB in total.

Attachments are checked on the client and server for the permitted type and size. Server-side checks also compare the MIME type, file extension, and file signature, and attachment filenames are sanitized. Files are processed in application memory and forwarded through Resend with the RFQ email.

The website application does not maintain a separate uploaded-file store. Email and provider-system retention is described below.

Submitted information and attachments may be used to:

• review and respond to the inquiry
• support product matching and quotation preparation
• conduct relevant business follow-up
• protect the inquiry flow and help prevent abuse or malicious submissions

• Cloudflare Turnstile: the Contact / RFQ page loads Turnstile for anti-abuse and security verification. Turnstile challenge domains communicate with the visitor's browser.
• Resend: RFQ information and attachments are sent to Resend on the server so the inquiry email can be delivered.
• Vercel: the website and its application runtime are hosted on Vercel.

Cloudflare currently provides DNS management for the website, while Vercel hosts the website and application runtime. Because the website supports international inquiries and uses service and email infrastructure across regions, information may be processed outside the visitor's country or region. This notice does not claim fixed provider processing locations or specific transfer safeguards that have not been established.

The verified current implementation has no application-level database, filesystem, or object-storage persistence for RFQ submissions or attachments. RFQ data and attachments are processed and forwarded by email.

This application-level design does not mean that delivered correspondence or attachments disappear immediately. Resend, the final mailbox, and related email systems may retain inquiry correspondence and attachments as needed for inquiry handling, quotation preparation, business follow-up, security or dispute handling, or applicable obligations.

A fixed numerical retention period for provider and final-mailbox copies has not been established, so this policy does not promise automatic deletion after a particular number of days or months.

Based on the verified current production audit, the website does not use application cookies, Local Storage, or Session Storage. The audit also identified no analytics or advertising pixels and observed no Set-Cookie response header on the audited pages.

The Contact / RFQ page does load Cloudflare Turnstile, whose challenge domains communicate with the browser for security. Website technologies may change over time; if they do, this notice may be revised to describe the current behavior.
